  • Catching group session focusing on:

    • Agility

    • Receiving and catching stances

    • Throwing mechanics

    • Blocking

    • Bunt fielding

    • Pop-ups

  • Fielding group session focusing on infield and outfield drills:

    • Outfield:

      • Proper reads

      • Crow hop on ground balls

    • Infield:

      • Backhand and forehand

      • Working through the ball

      • Turning double plays

  • Our sports performance class focuses on enhancing strength, speed, agility, coordination and overall athleticism for youth to high school level athletes.

    Recommended age: 9-18
